Maghsoud Factories Group consists of 23 manufacturing, trading, exporting, and scientific companies and has created about 3000 direct and sustainable job opportunities. The group started its work in the field of porcelain production. With the development of its designs over the years, the group now works in the fields of manufacturing porcelain, opal dishes, bone china dinner service sets, steel forks and spoons sets, molding & collection, exquisite handmade carpets and carpet tableaus, leather products, flowers with cut branches and medicinal herbs, cakes and pastries, clothing, design and production of decals used in the manufacture of porcelain, opal, bone china and glass, packaging and construction foams, and it has scientific and knowledge-based centers such as Maghsoud University of Applied Sciences & Technology, Maghsoud Kavan Laboratory & Research Center (Accredited Labs of Bureau of Standards). This group has been honored with the title of exemplary exporter in 2017 and 2018. If the economic constraints of recent years, excessive imports of goods, and business rules allow, according to the group's Vision Document, we would now observe 10,000 job opportunities in this group. However, Maghsoud Group is still determined to launch its development plans and create new job opportunities for young people in this region. Focusing on the remarks of the Supreme Leader, who stated that the imports of goods produced in the country indicate a "shame" for foreign producers and sellers, the group aims to revitalize national production. Now, the main products of this group are exported to 12 Asian, European, and South American countries. This group, as the first producer of fine bone china dining sets in Iran with annual nominal capacity of 2000 tons, received the establishment permission from the Organization of Industry, Mining, and Trade in 2012, and it has now increased its capacity to annual production of 2,500 tons and intends to target production of up to 4,000 tons per year by implementing the development plan and plays its social mission to help develop business and resistive economy. The company began its activity by producing a variety of bone-china dining dishes with rectangular body. To diversify the products, focusing on the needs and expectations of customers, it has started its activities on the design, manufacture and mass production of round, popo, oval bodies, and a variety of private dining sets.

The complex, as the first user of ISO-static pressing and fast firing furnace in the Middle East, entered the competitive market of manufacturing porcelain with an experienced personnel, who had passed all the necessary training courses in Germany. The use of compaction under pressure (slurry) technology has caused the diversification to the products so that production capacity has increased to 6,000 tons per year using existing facilities. The remarkable advancements of the company’s specialists in the early years caused, in 2001, the first 100% Iranian body with 45% soil inside the province to be applied in hard porcelain body.

It is a non-transparent and opaque glass products with brand IROPAL, which is produced in various body types, including round hinged, lotus, shellfish, classic round, classic rectangle, screw body, jeweled body, laden body, screw rectangular body, modern rectangle, gold edges (all bodies), round color body (new design). Because of its quality and technology, the company is the largest unit of its kind in the Middle East. Compared to other similar products such as porcelain, opal dishes have many advantages including light-weight production, high impact, and longevity, convenient and safe use in kitchen equipment (dishwashers and ovens), and is more hygienic. Moreover, due to its unique properties such as appearance, diverse designs and layouts, relative thermal shock, high mechanical strength and wear resistance, opal dishes are nowadays facing with wide welcoming as dining utensils.

DORSA Company as the largest spoon and fork manufacturer in the country, using lean production methods, produces products in accordance with the quality of the Solingen brand Germany Company with a capacity of 3 million items per month in three shifts. The company in a land with an area of 2500 square meters in two floors, with 600 human resources, automatic polishing machines in 4 separate production lines of spoons, forks, knives, serving items, can produce the product in four different ways of mirror polishing, sandblasting, gold rim (round), and matte using the finest stainless steel 304.

Asrshirin Company has been working since 2013 with a monthly production capacity of 3 tons of cookies and fresh pastries. Out of this amount, 1.2 tons is dedicated to orders within the groups, occasional orders, etc. The products of this company include fresh pastries, cakes, cookies, and layered pastries that the cookies of this complex with fantasy packages are distributed at hypermarkets in the city.

When medium or large-sized organizations put the access to integrated systems to support their processes in the agenda, the best way to achieve success is to use process-oriented systems because they are implemented based on the routines of processes. Although process-oriented systems may be expensive and time-consuming to design, they will be durable and, by changing the process of implementing the works, won’t be unused, unlike the single-purpose and islanded systems. To achieve its long-term goals, Maghsoud Factories Group decided to create a comprehensive process-oriented system since it knew that, due to the high volume of data and the breadth and variety of processes in the time chart, it required a strong framework for success.

A flexible substance called leather is obtained from the combination of animal skin with various materials such as alum, bark fir, pine, oak, hazelnut, rubber, sumac, and other chemicals.

Gol Azin Maghsoud Company has the most modern and fully automated intelligent greenhouses. The products producing in this company include Dutch rose cut flowers in 4 different colors, gerbera flowers in 12 different colors, lisianthus flower, Lilium flower, gladiolus flower, anthurium flower, wallflower, tuberose, lily, greenhouse cucumber, greenhouse tomato, olive tomato, colored pepper, white eggplant, green beans, leafy vegetables, strawberries, button mushrooms, medicinal herbs of lemon verbena, aloe vera, stevia, physalis, hibiscus, borage, amaranth, saffron, mint, oregano, potatoes, soybeans, vermicompost, etc.

Naghsh Maghsoud Shargh Company affiliated with Maghsoud Factories Group started its activities with a centralized procedure in the production of handmade carpet production in late 2012. Now, Maghsoud Carpet Company, with a production of 150 square meters of exquisite carpets per year, is one of the few manufacturers of collectible carpets in the country. To maintain the quality of the final product, it adheres to the required standards, including the use of standard knots (up to weaving), high-quality raw materials, plant dyeing, etc.

Azin Ara Shanli Company, with a rich reserves of design, ideas, and actions, with a long-term and thoughtful goal-setting, began its activity in the field of clothing production in 2013. Design and production of a variety of clothing with the state-of-the-art technology is done with the aim of domestic and export use, including the production of men’s suits, women’s sweatshirts pants, work clothes, jackets, overalls, men’s shirts, jeans, types of coats, and other product sewing supplies. By applying the latest industrial systems and implementing the most advanced technologies in the production of clothing, Azin Ara Shanli Company seeks to achieve goals such as protecting the environment, equipping schools, promoting a high-quality Iranian product consumer culture, and improving individual and social health through the production of natural fiber garments. In the national capital conservation plan, we also tried to use Iranian raw materials in the production of products.

Artists of different fields, including design, modeling, and sculpting, molding, painting, cutting, embossing, and latticework, etc. come together in an intimate and creative atmosphere and pay to the creation of original and innovative ideas. This unit is the only production complex of porcelain art products in the country that has made it superior to other competitors in the industry. It should be noted that the types of materials, processes, and curing used in the products of this department are the same as the ones in the factory and mass products of the group but, due to the high sensitivity of artistic productions, it demands increased time and precision. Pots, handmade services, decorative statues, antique consolidated and consumed products, and even porcelain jewelry are among the products of artistic unit.

This company deals with the production of packaging (pressed and shear) foams to meet the needs of Maghsoud Group. The company could attract customers outside Maghsoud Group by increasing the number of press machines. Due to the inclination of the construction industry to use polystyrene, the company was also active by setting up and purchasing machinery in this sector and could gain a good position among customers by daily production up to 3,000 ceiling blocks. According to the requirements of the Housing and Urban Development and the Bureau of Standards, the company in 2011 could obtain ISO 11108 Certificate (requirements for manufacturing sheets and blocks made of polystyrene) in 2011.
